Hillcroft has been involved on this site since the start of 2020. Phase 1 took 12 months and consisted of 108 one and two bedroom apartments. The client for this block was Graingers one of the UK's biggest residential landlords.

Phase 2 started in February 2023 and is expected to run till May 2024, this is 6 blocks that contains 191 one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhouses, the client for this part of the development was Haringey Council.
