This scheme was the redevelopment of the Westland Hotel in Bayswater, Central London.

The project involved the partial facade retention of a Victorian brick building at No.6 Palace Court with a complete new build eight storey building at No.154 Bayswater Road.

 

Hillcroft Electrical undertook the complete electrical package. Including designing and building the Main Intake Room, Risers, Landlord Areas and Fifteen high end luxury apartments.
